作者簡(jiǎn)介：1. 柳亞子（1887～1958），原名慰高，字安如，后改名人權(quán)，字亞盧，再更名棄疾，字亞子，江蘇吳江人。1909年與陳去病、高旭共組“南社”，鼓吹革命。解放后，歷任中央人民政府委員、全國(guó)人大常委、政務(wù)院文教委員、華東行政委員會(huì)副主席、中央文史館副館長(zhǎng)等職。著有《柳亞子自傳年譜》《磨劍室詩(shī)集》《磨劍室文錄》《南社紀(jì)略》等。
2. 邵力子（1882～1967），初名景奎，字仲輝，又名鳳壽，筆名力子、天富，浙江紹興人。著名愛國(guó)人士，與柳亞子等人發(fā)起組織新南社，和于右任等創(chuàng)辦上海大學(xué)。曾任黃埔軍校秘書長(zhǎng)，甘肅、陜西省政府主席，國(guó)民黨中宣部部長(zhǎng)、駐俄大使等職。新中國(guó)成立后，歷任中央人民政府委員、全國(guó)人大常委、政協(xié)全國(guó)常委、民革中央常委等職。
上款簡(jiǎn)介：錢海岳（1901～1968），字騰英，江蘇無錫人。1925年畢業(yè)于北京朝陽(yáng)大學(xué)政經(jīng)科，翌年任國(guó)民革命軍總司令部參謀處秘書。1937年任國(guó)民政府開國(guó)文獻(xiàn)館專門委員。1949年任無錫國(guó)學(xué)?？茖W(xué)校教授，此后先后供職于江蘇省博物館、南京圖書館、南京大學(xué)。著有《南明史》。

識(shí)文：重民我兄先生：教悉。辦法四條，一切妥善，兄真我之知己也。惟介紹條只開一紙，弟與羅介丘先生，未必能同時(shí)到館，請(qǐng)兄另開一條，由弟付羅先生，為感！至弟之一條，當(dāng)敬慎保存，留為出入208號(hào)之腰牌憑證?，一笑。朱先生另一箱已否打開布置？為念。弟事太忙，今天未必能至貴館，但極關(guān)心。大概日內(nèi)在羅介丘先生處將史乘排油印，請(qǐng)兄予以方便，感何如之！此頌道安！弟柳亞子拜手。十一月九日上午。
說明：王重民上款。建國(guó)初王氏任北京圖書館副館長(zhǎng)、北京大學(xué)圖書館?？平淌?。
柳亞子此信，談到代中央文史館官員羅介丘論索取北京圖書舘介紹信，朱希祖捐贈(zèng)書籍在該館開箱布置事宜，以及將“將史乘排油印”等，約作于1950年11月9日。其時(shí)，柳亞子有《重訂晚明史籍考編制計(jì)劃》，積極著手整理、研究晚明文獻(xiàn)。
所及“朱先生另一箱”，當(dāng)指朱偰所捐先父朱希祖藏書；“史乘”當(dāng)指北京圖書舘、朱希祖、柳亞子三家所藏晚明史乘；羅介丘，則與柳亞子相識(shí)于1950年；所謂208號(hào)，指以北京圖書舘208研究室為《重訂晚明史籍考編制計(jì)劃》編纂部。
羅介丘［現(xiàn)代］，湖南邵陽(yáng)人，1951年第一屆中央文史研究館30位館員之一，著有《萊陽(yáng)事變實(shí)地調(diào)查報(bào)告書》《批?！刺平^句選〉》等。羅氏為查取資料，須出入北京圖書館，但和柳亞子未必能同行以共享一張介紹條，故信中希望時(shí)任副館長(zhǎng)的王重民可補(bǔ)開一紙。
本信內(nèi)容與西泠拍賣21春3287號(hào)拍品相連貫。柳亞子于1950年秋南下，不僅家藏圖書盡數(shù)捐與政府，又動(dòng)員朱偰將先父朱希祖所藏珍貴南明史料五箱捐獻(xiàn)北京圖書館，信中提到“朱先生另一箱”便為其中之一。據(jù)《守望南社·紀(jì)念南社百年》載，1950年秋柳亞子“從黎里和上海運(yùn)來了南明史料和南社資料，捐贈(zèng)給北京圖書館，并在館內(nèi)開辟研究室，打算編《南明史》和出版南社社友的遺集”。又1950年12月18日柳亞子在致其子無忌函中亦有“在北京的書，我把后明史料……都捐給北京圖書館了”之語(yǔ)，故此信約作于1950年11月9日。
